  • Revisions: 2 at sketch + 1 at color (major changes are re-quoted).

Guidelines & Terms

I won’t do

  • Loli or any character that appears underage
  • Overly complex designs requiring excessive micro-details (ask first)
  • If you have any doubts, let's talk!, I'm open to work with other topics.

Copyright & Licensing

If you need rights to use a copyrighted character (e.g., a mascot for your brand), contact me to discuss licensing.

Workflow & Revisions

  1. Brief & references → confirm scope, usage, deadline.
  2. Invoice & 50% upfront → to book your slot.
  3. Sketch → line → color → active previews.
  4. Revisions → up to 2 at sketch and 1 at color (major changes are quoted separately).
  5. Final delivery → after the remaining 50% payment.

What you’ll receive

  • Final image around 3500 × 3500 px at 300 dpi.
  • Formats: JPG / PNG / PSD (flattened). Default delivery is JPG.

Payment Rules

  • Upfront payments (50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed).
  • Payments via PayPal & Wise. Please consider adding PayPal fees (≈ 5.5%) so the net amount matches the quote. Example: on $300, fees are about $16.5.
  • Tips are always appreciated ✨

Important Notes

  • If you post the artwork on social media, please tag me when possible.
  • I remain the original creator and may use commissioned work in portfolio or social content. Choose the Private artwork add-on to keep it private.
  • Estimated turnaround starts at 2 weeks and varies with complexity. You can ask for updates anytime.
